Sarah* came to us worried she couldn’t feed her children after she lost her job.
She left with food, hope, and a community that cares.
Through our on-site pantry, Sarah was able to choose the basic groceries her family needed in the short-term, at no cost. Our team helped her with urgent bills and advocated for her when times were toughest.
At Christmas time, Sarah received a Christmas Hamper filled with essentials and a few festive treats and was invited to join us for our Christmas Lunch.
Sarah’s story is a reflection of many people we see at CommunityLIFE SA each week – neighbours facing hardship, isolation and uncertainty.

Absolutely! Donations over $2 are tax deductible and you can receive a receipt via GiveNow when you donate.

All donations go toward MarionLIFE’s services to the community. Direct relief items, site costs, and our valuable and passionate staff all make our support successful and sustainable.

We do! We accept donations of non-perishable foods, good quality fresh foods, and high-quality non-food items. We’re not able to accept soiled, damaged, or visibly worn items, or near-end-of-life produce.
